King's Foot, Inc has the general contractor experience you need to complete your home/business construction project.  We have been involved in overcoming many problems/issues that arise in building a new home or business.  We make it our priority to stay current with all facets of development and construction.

• Keep up with green building standards as well as keeping the costs down.  King's Foot, Inc will work with the client to provide alternative options from efficient framing techniques using structural insulating panels (SIPS) to energy efficient heating to low maintenance home care. 
  

• Stay current with the additional town/county subdivision regulations that come into play when building a multi-family product.  We will help the client through the process of developing the property and the construction of the final product by working in conjunction with engineers, surveyors and architects.  

• Knowledgeable of additional building practices including working with steel structures, installing commercial elevators, sprinkler systems, and fire alarm systems as well as making the units ADA compliant

• Up-to-date with commercial building codes as well as residential. We finished our own office space with the latest technology and glass partition walls with sliding bam doors that provides a very modern look and appeal.

Walk the walk, not just talk the talk

Victoria, owner of King's Foot, Inc, is also an investor and developer.  Her last project, involved purchasing a piece of property with wetland issues in the area of Winter Park called Old Town.  The property was purchased knowing the town would not give a building permit because the property was deemed a wetland.  Previous offered had failed on the property because overcoming the wetland issues seemed impossible.  King's Foot, Inc figured out a way to mitigate those wetlands onto another property located in the Tabernash area.  After finding a mitigation site, King's Foot set out to enlist the participation of neighboring lot owners with the same problems.  In all, we mitigated 0.85 acres of wetlands and were able to allow ten lot owners the ability to develop their properties.  Victoria ended up subdividing her lot into a duplex during this mitigation process and the properties are now for sale for $875,000 and $1,099,000.
