Victoria enjoys all facets of Winter Park’s real estate niche, but finds herself drawn to the challenges of Development. She first arrived in Winter Park in 1996 looking for a second home and when she couldn’t find it, she built one. From then on she has facilitated real estate transactions for clients as far away as Europe and as close as next door. She believes in finding the perfect property for buyers and sellers and being able to help them through the entire process of real estate, not just closing. She also enjoys meeting a variety of people with different backgrounds and professions, realizing that most will evolve into friendships.
