Thank you for considering renting one of our vacation homes. If this if your first time considering a private home vacation rental, please take a few moments to review the information to help you decide if a vacation rental is for you.
Vacation Rentals are different than a reservation at a hotel, bed & breakfast or timeshares. They give you the full advantages of having a 'Home' experience throughout your stay! Our rental homes come with a fully stocked kitchen, living area and an assortment of entertainment items such as big screen TVs, DVD, games, high-speed internet and much more. You are renting someone's home.
The most important thing to keep in mind that you are living in a neighborhood. As such, you should be respectful of the hosting parties property and their neighbors with regard to load music or noise level, parking in the appropriate area, preparing your trash for pick up and other basic responsibilities.
Here is a small checklist of items you should know before you look into availability.
- How important is location? Do you want to be at the base of the ski hill or in a more private setting?
- How important is view?
- How flexible are you on the dates for your stay?
- How many bedrooms do you need? Please verify with all parties involved to determine if sharing rooms/beds are options or if each person needs their own bed/room. Please work out the sleeping arrangements prior to booking the property.
- Can you climb stairs or do you need a ground floor or elevator.
- Are there any special needs or restrictions such as ADA compliant, pet allergies, etc.
- Do you need a pet friendly property? A lot properties do not allow pets or the pet must be kenneled when left alone on the property.
- What amenities do you need? If your planning on a big celebration dinner or doing a lot of cooking, ensure the kitchen has all the necessities before your stay.
- Do you want concierge services? We provide basic services to help ensure you have a good stay such as recommendations but most services, there will be a charge.
- Can you handle day-to-day responsibilities such as kitchen clean up, reusing towels and soaps? Our vacation rentals do not come with a house keeping service. We provide a one time final clean after checkout. If you want daily or frequent services, be sure to define that as their will be an additional charge if the request can be accommodated.
