- Victoria Baker, Owner/Broker
- Victoria enjoys all facets of Winter Park’s real estate niche, but finds
herself drawn to the challenges of Development. She first arrived in Winter Park
in 1996 looking for a second home and when she couldn’t find it, she built one.
From then on she has facilitated real estate transactions for clients as far away
as Europe and as close as next door. She believes in finding the perfect property
for buyers and sellers and being able to help them through the entire process of
real estate, not just closing. She also enjoys meeting a variety of people with
different backgrounds and professions, realizing that most will evolve into friendships.
- Ben Avila, Owner/General Contactor, Woodhouse Representative
- Ben Avila is the owner/operator of the construction division of King’s Foot, in
addition to being the only independent builder and dealer for Woodhouse Timber
frame Homes in Grand County. He grew up in Parker, Colorado and is a fourth generation
Coloradoan. He began his career literally from the ground up, starting with foundations
and eventually becoming a trim carpenter. Ben is a perfectionist and requires the same
from the people that work with him. He moved to Grand County in 2004 to join his partner,
Victoria Baker, in creating a full service real estate, development, and construction
company. He likes the fact this community is small enough to know everyone and yet
sophisticated enough to build beautiful custom homes. You can usually find Ben in his
truck with his Blue Healer, Tug, going from job site to job site.
- Jeff Martin, Broker/Associate, Web Developer
- Jeff Martin and his business partner/wife, Tracie, moved to Colorado in 1996
leaving behind the hustle and bustle of a big city and jobs behind computer screens and
corporate lifestyles. Today they are both involved in the local community and operate two
animal related businesses, Dog Sled Rides of Winter Park and a retail store called Mountain
Dawg Outfitters which caters to grand County’s beloved animals. Jeff began his real estate
career with King’s Foot and enjoys working with investors wanting to renovate or build
their investment dreams.
